Voice note length limits are set per package, starting from 3 minutes to a maximum of 10 minutes.

Serena supports a wide range of languages for transcription. This includes, but is not limited to, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, and many more. Try sending a voice note in your preferred language to check if it can be transcribed.

If the transcription is inaccurate, you can try sending a clearer voice note. If it fails, you may contact support for assistance.

Yes! Your data privacy is important and fundamental. Voice notes and their transcriptions are handled securely and are deleted from our servers as soon as processed and sent to you.

Yes! When you first message Serena, you will be able to do one voice note transcription in order to test out the service and see if it works for you. Thereafter, you will need to subscribe to a package to continue using Serena.

We accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa).

If you cancel within your 7 days, we will refund any amounts received by you. Simply contact us to us to request your refund. Thereafter, our refunds policy applies which can be found here.

When you switch plans, the new plan's rate will take effect immediately. You will be billed a prorated amount for the new plan based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle. This ensures you only pay for the service you use. The full amount for the new plan will be charged at the start of the next billing cycle.

Simply message Serena with the words "Cancel" and follow the cancellation link or feel free to contact support to cancel your subscription.
